We abide by our quality and risk policy. Our fully developed quality management is certified according to ISO 14001:2004 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and is constantly being monitored and updated.
Our NBS-software system provides us with up-to-date daily figures.
Relations are set up in the area of risk management where the ratio of danger and chance is being evaluated. The goal of the risk and quality management is to continuously improve our quality standard, in order to maintain and expand the business situation of the company in the market. This goal is achieved through modern technologies (see innovation). Risk insurances are in the focus of the risk policy as well. This means that the company insures itself regarding risk factors through insurances, taking into account the cost-benefit ratio. Apart from the risk policy, we also have a corresponding early warning system.
