
Working Atmosphere
A good work climate is important. Because there is liberty for responsible actions, the employees experience a high degree of satisfaction and a strong identification with their tasks and the company. This identification of the employee with the company, its objectives and its purposes form the basis for a long-lasting cooperation.
Each staff member works independently and cooperates with his colleagues. A good team divides the work justly according to qualifications and to the amount of work.
The employees display a high motivation through a great willingness to perform and through self-confidence. The company goals are worked out and achieved together through competence, conviction and open-mindedness.
Volunteer-work is encouraged and pays off. The support programme of the Glave Group makes donations for volunteer-work done in non-profit organizations. This is twice effective, as through volunteering time is invested and in addition an amount of money given as a donation is benefiting the respective organization.
Under the heading “Working together – Activities together” regular events are organized to strengthen the strong sense of togetherness and a trusting collaboration between company management and employees.
Health care and health promotion through exercise and vitamins are another building block for motivation within the support programme of the Glave Group. Fitness through competent instructors, vitamins for all staff members during autumn and winter, sports as well as non-smoking programmes etc. are contributions to health care.
